Learning Process

Our learning process includes the following:

  • Six weekly one-hour pre-recorded video lessons

  • Six weekly live Zoom Group Calls to review the week's content and share your assignments

  • Integrated quizzes after most video segments, and weekly assignments to be completed prior to the weekly Zoom Group Calls

  • Participants will be invited to discuss their assignments at the Zoom Group Calls

  • Leadership Qualities Assessment to highlight your Signature Strengths and opportunities for growth

  • Templates, samples, and reference materials

  • Optional: One-on-One Career Coaching

  • Maximum participants: 20 per course occurrence

Uri Galimidi

As an Executive Coach, Uri has been helping professionals, from Manager to CEO, achieve the career goals and grow as leaders in their organizations. Uri has been coaching for the past 13 years, and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Prior to his coaching career, Uri has been a senior leader in the Management Consulting and IT Industries, including Partner with Accenture, Vice President with Oracle Corp. and Senior VP with PwC.
